This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive experience. the swimming pool and outdoor area were lavish, with comfortable sun loungers to relax on. We were impressed with the service provided at the Spa and Wellness center, receiving top-notch body scrubs and massages. the private treatment rooms also enhanced our luxurious experience. the facial and beauty treatments were extremely satisfying, and the hotel's location added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great and the location in the quiet suburbs of this city made for a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and it felt like a home away from home.

The helpfullness of Lucy
The general maintance needs looking at. Room had to be changed due to elecitral problem. Headboard banged against wall if knocked. Tiles in bathroom, grout need cleaning. Breakfast cheif/waitress did not listen to our requests on Sunday morning. After speaking to Lucy Monday was 100% better. Room was entered while we were at breakfast with out requesting entry. We had left valuables in our room.

Great location with beautiful surroundings and convenient accessibility. the rooms had a nice view and the Spa was perfect for a Christmas getaway.
The cleaning was poor, towels and beddings were stained. We expected a fully equipped presidential suite with facilities like water and a well-maintained bathroom.

The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient.
Our stay was marred by several issues. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, including a faulty air conditioner and lack of hot water for two days. The room had a musty smell and there was no drinking water provided. We also lacked privacy, being placed in a shared area next to a loud family. Breakfast service was slow and the pre-made food was not enjoyable. Wouldn't recommend.

the location of the hotel is unbeatable, set in the most exquisite area of Low, veld, the port with the gate that stayed open 24hrs, offered a safe and secure environment. the hotel's shared area is next to a family of 4 by the river, which gave such a relaxing ambiance. the spacious room and bathroom were impeccable, with high, quality amenities and tasteful decor. the service was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious, with many options provided. the friendly staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, which were pristine and well, maintained.
The dinner options were limited, and some dishes lacked seasoning, but it did not spoil my overall experience.
